Undoubtedly, providing successful models is the basic needs of the parents and educators in this field. Concentrating on educational approaches has an important place in edifiying issues; since it shows the process of edifiying.The purpose of this research is introducing the fundamentals of educational and edifiying approachs of Imam Sajjad (AS) which comprises many different elements which have interrelation themselves. Explaining how these elements work is another objective of this article. Our acknowledgement of Imamʹs approach , as a successful example , can help us in complex situations. In addition, this article has compared some of the main approaches of prominent schools of education with that of Imam ,from which the significance of Imamʹs school of thought can be seen much better including their view to the mankind.; چکیده در این مقاله، رویکرد‌های تربیتی امام سجاد(ع) و کارکرد آن در الگودهی به مربیان و والدین بررسی میشود. تعلیم و تربیت، همواره از دغدغه‌‌های مهم انسان بوده و ذهن او را به خود مشغول کرده‌ است و بیتردید ارایه ‌الگوهای موفق در این عرصه، از نیازهای اساسی والدین و مربیان قلمداد میشود. در بین مباحث مربوط به تربیت، پرداختن به رویکردهای تربیتی جایگاهی ویژه دارد؛ زیرا مراحل فرآیند تربیت را فراروی ما قرار می دهد. ارایه درکی از رویکرد مبنایی امام سجاد (ع) در صحیفه سجادیه، که در آن عوامل زیادی نقش و ارتباط متقابل دارند، به همراه نحوه عملکرد آن عوامل، موضوعی است که این پژوهش ‌بدان میپردازد؛ چراکه این تدبیر راهبردی در تربیت اخلاقی، نمونه ای موفق و راهگشای ما در مسایل پیچیده تربیت ‌است. افزون بر این، با اشاره به برخی از رویکردهای مهم مکاتب تربیتی مشهور در مقابل رویکرد تربیتی امام چهارم، برجستگیهای مکتب آن حضرت نیز نمایان میشود که میتوان این مشخصه‌ها را از جهت نوع نگاه به انسان در زمره این موارد نام برد. کلید‌واژه‌ها: امام سجاد (ع)، صحیفه سجادیه، رویکرد تربیتی، انسان، معرفت و شناخت.

So that initiallythe teachings of Imam Sajjad and its commentaries studied carefully and for understanding more deeply, verses and traditions related with the issue were used.; با نظر به اهمیت جایگاه خانواده در تعلیم و تربیت، پذیرش این مسیله که هنوز این نهاد مقدس به کارکردهای واقعی و تاثیرات شگرف خود در تحول و تعالی جامعه انسانی و اسلامی دست نیافته، حقیقتی انکارناپذیر است. از این‌ رو ناگزیر از جایابی خانواده در منابع اسلامی و بررسی تاثیرات و روش‌های تربیتی آن هستیم که در این مسیر، آموزه‌های برجای مانده از ایمه اطهار (ع) در ارتقا اخلاق خانواده، روشنگر این راه برای جامعه خواهد بود. در این مقاله تلاش شده تا با مطالعه و تامل در احادیث و روایات برجای مانده از امام سجاد (ع)، جایگاه و کارکردهای این نهاد مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. تامل در کلام این امام بزرگوار بیانگر آن است که خانواده نسبت به اجتماع، از اولویت بیشتری برخوردار بوده و دارای جایگاهی بس عظیم است. همچنین از جمله آموزه‌هایی که میتوان ریشه آن را در معارف روایی و سیره امام سجاد(ع) پیگیری کرد، نقش خانواده در الهام‌گیری و الگوبرداری رفتاری در ارتباطات اجتماعی اعم از خدمت رسانی و گذشت است. در مکتب تربیتی آن حضرت؛ مهرورزی، عینیت بخشی به آموزه‌ها، ایجاد ارتباط مستمر با خدا و... به عنوان روش‌هایی کاربردی در انحراف‌زدایی و فضیلت‌افزایی مطرح است که کانون گرم خانواده، ظرفیت به ظهور رساندن آن‌ها را داراست.
