Putting forward the Mahdism Doctrine by Imam Baqir

Abstract

This paper builds on previous articles and reflect on how the messianic teachings of Imam Baqir anfolds and assesses the quality of delivering the Mahdavi education from him. The statements he made should be contextualised both with respect to the general religious invitation goals, and the specific opportunity provided for Sadeqyn (the honest companions) in pursuing religious education, as a result of the needs of the age that witnessed the fall of Ommiads and the rise of the Abbasids. Review and reflection on the issues highlighted in these statement compared with the overall aims and requirements of each epoch can on one hand, manifest a large-scale initiative which includes a specific form of the pursuit of education, and on the other hand make clear the cultural and moral influences warranted by each tenet of the Mahdism Doctrine. This research relies on content analysis of the Traditions issued by Imam Baqir and attempts to highlight the impacts of Mahdism doctrine awareness on the Shiite with respect to the time of their issuance. Thus, first the topics emphasized in the words of the Imam Baqir are determined, along with a sample of it. Then, reflecting on these words in accordance with the contextual factors of the audience, it is attempted to reach and understand the wisdom and teachings behind each. Presenting the words of Imam Baqir as examples are more limited in this article then are in previous articles. Instead, we have narrowed down the analysis due to the multiplicity of narratives from him to avoid general report and acheive greater depth and detail. Earlier, the assumptions and methods of presenting these articles are explained and made clear. This paper highlights to the teaching on the doctrines by the Imams at this juncture of history. In addition, this paper not only notes to providing Mahdism and apocalyptic awareness, but also considers the importance of educating the audience to avoid pathologies and also to prevent the deviations proportional to the talk of messianic era, in accordance with the times of the first Imams.

این نوشتار در ادامه مقالات گذشته و تاملی در چگونگی طرح آموزه‌های مهدویت از سوی امام باقر? و کیفیت ارایه معارف مهدوی از سوی ایشان است؛ بیاناتی که با توجه به اهداف کلی دعوت دینی، فرصت ویژه صادقین در آموزش معارف دینی، نیازهای عصر سقوط امویان و ظهور عباسیان شکل گرفته است. بررسی محورهای مورد تاکید در این بیانات و تامل در نسبت آن‌ها با اهداف کلی و نیازهای هر عصر میتواند از یکسو طرح کلانی را نشان دهد که در این شکل از تعلیم و تربیت تعقیب شده است و از سویدیگر، تاثیر تربیتی و اخلاقی هر یک از آموزه‌های مهدوی را نمایان‌تر کند. این پژوهش بر تحلیل محتوایی روایات صادره از امام باقر? تکیه دارد و میکوشد با توجه به شرایط عصر صدور، آثار آموزه‌های مهدوی بر شیعیان را معلوم نماید؛ از این‌رو با تعیین محورهای مورد تاکید در سخنان آن امام، همراه با ارایه نمونه‌ای از آن و تامل در نسبت این سخنان با شرایط مخاطبان، تلاش دارد به حکمت و جهت طرح هر یک از آموزه‌ها دست یابد. ارایه نمونه از سخنان امام باقر? در این نوشتار با توجه به توضیحات مقالات پیشین، محدودتر بوده و کثرت روایات آن حضرت ما را ناچار از گزارش کلیات و پرهیز از ذکر جزییات کرده است. از پیش‌فرض‌ها و روش‌های این مجموعه مقالات، پیش‌تر در نوشتاری دیگر گفت‌وگو کرده‌ایم. مقاله حاضر، روشنگر این سخن است که تعلیم آموزه‌های مهدوی در این برهه از تاریخ ایمه? افزون بر ارایه معارف مهدوی و آخرالزمانی به نکاتی مهم در تربیت مخاطبان توجه دارد و نوعی زمینه‌سازی برای جلوگیری از آفات بحث مهدویت و جلوگیری از انحرافات را متناسب با عصر ایمه نخستین دنبال میکند.
