A Stylistic study of "Al-Ashbah Sermon" in Nahj-ol-balagha

Abstract

Stylistics is one of the literary topics to which the literati and writers have paid special attention during the past decade. Literary style is a method or a special way of expressing thoughts thought which the writer or the narrator tries to transfer his ideas and thoughts about the realities through selecting words, terms and specific interpretations. Amir-al-Moemenin Ali has expressed his intended moral, divine and social concepts artistically and in the best words possible, using rhetorical techniques. Among the sermons and letters, it is in the sermon 91 of Nahj-ol-balagha, called Al-Ashbah, that Imam Ali expresses various topics like Creation of Heavens, Characteristics of Angels, and God`s Knowledge. In this study, adopting a descriptive-analytic method, the sermon 91 is studied stylistically from four perspectives including phonetic, syntactic, inferential and intellectual ones revealing the beauties, values and style of this sermon expresses high thoughts of Imam Ali in a coherent manner.

سبک شناسی، یکی از موضوعات ادبی است که در سدهی اخیر، ادبا و سخنوران توجه ویژه ای به آن داشته اند. سبک ادبی روش یا شیوهی خاصی از بیان افکار است که نویسنده یا گوینده با استفاده از انتخاب کلمات و الفاظ و تعابیر خاصی به انتقال اندیشه‌های خود در مورد واقعیت ها می پردازد. امیرالمومنین(ع) با استفاده از فنون بلاغی، مفاهیم اخلاقی، عبادی و اجتماعی موردنظر خویش را در قالب بهترین الفاظ و به صورتی هنرمندانه بیان کرده است. در این میان خطبه 91 نهج‌البلاغه موسوم به خطبه الاشباح، به بیان موضوعات مختلفی از قبیل خداشناسی، چگونگی آفرینش آسمان‌ها، ویژگیهای فرشتگان و... پرداخته است. این پژوهش به روش تحلیلی-توصیفی، با بررسی سبک شناختی این خطبه، از چهار دیدگاه آوایی، نحوی، دلالی و فکری، به بیان زیبایی ها، ارزش ها و سبک این خطبه پرداخته است. نتیجه اینکه این خطبه، در سطوح سه-گانه سبکی، به هم پیوسته و اندام وار، اندیشه های بلند امام علی(ع) را به تصویر کشانده است.
