Imam Ali's Ruling Methods against Social Inequalities

Abstract

The Alawi government is the most paramount model for establishing justice. This model can be used in various political, social and economic aspects. Each of these dimensions include important components as mentioned in Imam Ali's words and deeds. The present paper studies justice and its role in Islamic society. The main question of the article is what position did Imam Ali (as) take against inequality and social conflict? an‎d according to the principles and methods of Imam's ruling, how can it he be followed? This research has examined the position of justice in the sayings and actions of Amir al-Mo'menin by analyzing the historical data of primary sources and according to the words and deeds of his excellence which is reflected in Nahj al-Balaghah. On this basis, it has been shown that justice is the axis of Imam Ali's thought and action against social inequalities which is reflected in Nahj al-Balaghah.

حکومت علوی مهمترین الگو برای برقراری عدالت است. این الگو در جنبه های گوناگون سیاسی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی قابل پیروی است. در هر کدام از این ابعاد مولفه های مهمی در سخنان و کردار امام علی وجود دارد. این مقاله به دادگری و نقش آن در جامعه اسلامی می پردازد. سوال اصلی مقاله این است که امام علی در برابر نابرابری ها و تضاد اجتماعی چه موضعی اتخاذ می کردند؟ و با توجه به اصول حکمرانی حضرت در این زمینه چگونه می توان از ایشان پیروی کرد؟ این پژوهش با بررسی تحلیلی داده های تاریخی منابع دست اول و با توجه به گفتار و کردار حضرت که در نهج البلاغه انعکاس یافت به بررسی جایگاه عدالت در اقوال و افعال امیرالمومنین پرداخته است. بر این اساس نشان داده شد دادگری محور اندیشه و عمل امام علی در برابر نابرابری های اجتماعی بوده و این مهم به خوبی در نهج البلاغه منعکس شده است.
