The Structure of Managerial Interactions of Rulers through Analysis of the Content 53 Letter Nahj Al-Balaghah

Abstract

Drawing the structure managerial interactions of rulers through deep though in the most important raised components in the amir al-muminin(AS) letter to malek ashtar, it is clearly expressive the epistemic depth of the alawi school. Choosing the managerial efficient pattern and setting politics development of justice domestic and foreign, they have doubled the necessity of organizing the present text. So in this research has been analyzed concepts this treaty by method thematic content analysis for qualities and descriptive. The utilization this method, gives result a comprehensive look to ruler’s interactive indices, staff selection criterion and strategies for achieving macro targets. That is findings stating has focus the text of the letter on the internal policy and has been emphasis on the components like of justice, cultural reforms, economcal organizing and government employee’s purposive selection. Majesty amir (AS) recommendations as well it opens new horizons in the analysis the text of the letter in arena foreign policy with focus blame breaking the treaty. Types of governmental exposure have significant frequency in the form of interactively, punitive, educative, evaluation and incentive and provides an updated model in all arenas of management. Majesty amir (AS) recommendation to interaction, forgiveness, kindness, non-discrimination in interacting with people, people hoarders punishment and traitor brokers, also encourage worthy activists is featured in this thematic network.

ترسیم ساختار تعاملات مدیریتی حاکمان از رهگذر تعمق در مهم‌ترین مؤلفه‌های مطرح در نامه امیرالمؤمنین(ع) به مالک اشتر، به‌وضوح بیانگر ژرفای معرفتی مکتب علوی است. انتخاب الگوی کارآمد مدیریتی و تنظیم سیاست عدالت‌گستر داخلی و خارجی، ضرورت ساماندهی نوشتار حاضر را مضاعف کرده‌اند، لذا در این پژوهش با روش تحلیل محتوا و به‌صورت کیفی و توصیفی، مفاهیم این عهدنامه واکاوی شده است. بهره‌گیری از این روش، نگاه جامعی به شاخصه‌های تعاملی حاکمان، ضابطه‌های گزینش کارکنان و راهبردهای نیل بدین اهداف کلان را نتیجه میدهد. یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که متن نامه بر سیاست داخلی تمرکز دارد و بر مؤلفه‌هایی همچون عدالت‌ورزی، اصلاحات فرهنگی، ساماندهی اقتصادی و گزینش هدف‌دار کارکنان دولتی تأکید شده است. توصیه‌های حضرت امیر(ع) در عرصه سیاست خارجی با محوریت نکوهش پیمان‌شکنی نیز افق‌های نوینی در تحلیل متن نامه میگشاید. گونه‌های مواجهه حکومتی در قالب تعاملی، تنبیهی، تربیتی، سنجشی و تشویقی بسامد قابل‌توجهی دارد و مدلی روزآمد در تمامی عرصه‌های مدیریتی ارائه مینماید. توصیه حضرت امیر(ع) به مدارا، بخشش، مهرورزی، عدم تبعیض در تعامل با مردم، تنبیه احتکارکنندگان و کارگزاران خیانتکار، همچنین دلگرم سازی فعالان شایسته، در این شبکه مضمونی برجسته شده است.
