The Sacred Book with Imam Ali, the Commander of the Faithful (p.b.u.h), and Its Organization

Abstract

مصحف امير المومنين (ع) من حيث كونه اوّل مصحفٍ شاملٍ، فهو يعتبر اوّل تفسيرٍ مدوّنٍ للقرآن الكريم واوّل كتابٍ في ابحاث العلوم القرآنيه، حيث يحظي باهميهٍ بالغهٍ. ويتمّ التطرّق الي مضمون هذا المصحف في اطار موضوع تحريف القرآن الكريم او عدم تحريفه، وتتمّ دراسه ترتيب الآيات وسُوَرها في هذا المصحف في اطار ابحاث كون هذا الترتيب توقيفياً او اجتهادياً. تقوم الباحثه في هذه المقاله بطرح عدّه نظرياتٍ حول ترتيب مصحف امير المومنين (ع) ودراسه الادله التي طرحها القايلون باختلاف ترتيب هذا المصحف مع ترتيب القرآن الكريم الموجود بين ايدينا، وذلك باُسلوبٍ مكتبيٍّ تحليليٍّ. والهدف من تدوينها هو بيان انّه اذا كان ترتيب ذلك المصحف ليس واضحاً اليوم، فلا يمكن الاستناد الي كون ترتيب الآيات والسُّور توقيفياً او اجتهادياً. لذا، فانّ الادلّه التي يستند اليها القايلون بكون ترتيب ذلك المصحف نزولياً ليست تامّهً؛ وكذلك فانّ اهمّ دليلٍ لهم - اي الروايات والاخبار التاريخيه - ليس صريحاً في ذلك.

As a first comprehensive sacred book, the first systematized commentary of the Qur’an and the first book on Qur’anic sciences the sacred Book with Imam Ali has special significance. Its content is discussed when the distortion of originality of the Qur’an is in question, and the issue of the of verses and chapters of the Qur’an is discussed when the question as to whether the organization of Qur’anic verses and chapters is based on independent judgment or on instruction is dealt with. The present paper focuses on the different views put forward about the organization of Imam Aliʹs sacred book and on the evidence offered by those who claim that there is contradiction between the organization of this book and that of the Qur’an we have today. The main aim of this research is to show that if the organization of this sacred book is not well and clearly defined, then we can never rely on it in as far as the on instruction or base on independent judgment organization of verses and chapters is concerned. Therefore, the evidence given by those who believe in the descent fashion of the order of that book are not perfect and the denotation of their most important evidence taken from historical traditions and narratives lacks precision. مصحف حضرت علی علیه‏السلام از آن نظر که نخستین مصحف جامع، نخستین تفسیر مدوّن قرآن و نخستین کتاب در مباحث علوم قرآنی است، اهمیت ویژه‏ای دارد. بحث درباره محتوای مصحف مزبور در ذیل مسیله تحریف یا عدم تحریف قرآن، و ترتیب آیات و سور آن در ذیل مباحث توقیفی یا اجتهادی بودن ترتیب آیات و سور مطرح میشود.مسیله اساسی در مقاله حاضر، طرح نظریات گوناگون درباره ترتیب مصحف امیرمومنان علیه‏السلام و بررسی دلالت ادلّه مطرح‏شده از سوی قایلان مغایرت ترتیب این مصحف با ترتیب قرآن در دسترس ماست. هدف اصلی از طرح این مسیله روشن ساختن این مطلب است که اگر ترتیب آن مصحف شریف به درستی و به طور قطع روشن نباشد، هرگز در توقیفی یا اجتهادی بودن ترتیب آیات و سور، نمیتوان بر آن تکیه نمود.مقاله پیش‏رو روشن خواهد کرد که دلایل مورد استناد از سوی قایلان نزولی بودن ترتیب آن مصحف تام نبوده و دلالت مهم‏ترین مدرک آنان (روایات و گزارش‏های تاریخی) خالی از صراحت است. روش به کار گرفته‏شده در این مقاله، مسیله‏پژوهی و اسنادی ـ تحلیلی است.
